The committee for land resources and land management of St.-Petersburg is an executive structure of St.-Petersburg government, formed according to the legislation of St.-Petersburg for carrying out of a state policy and management in the sphere of land relations and conducting a cadastre of the real estate in St.-Petersburg, and also for coordination of activities in this sphere between the territorial and executive structures of St.-Petersburg government.
